To usher in the Chinese New Year of the Ram, T'ang Court, the signature fine dining Chinese Restaurant, at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi presents you the unparalleled Spring Festival a la carte menu as well as three refined options of ten-course Chinese New Year set dinner menus.

Spring Festival a la carte menu features nine options of exquisite festive cuisines. All dishes only adopt the freshest ingredients with the well wishes for the Lunar New Year. Highlights include combination of barbecued appetizers, braised pig's tongue with hair weeds and dried oysters, as well as braised lettuce with fish maw and shrimp roe are

Mr. Tony Su, the Chinese Executive Chef, also recommends the following dishes of the special menu:

Wok-fried minced lamb and preserved sausage served with shredded lettuce – a seasonal dish to keep you warm in winter.
Crispy chicken with orange peels and goose liver – Chef combines western and Chinese ingredients. The taste is sophisticated and impressive.
Fried prawns and crispy scallops with lily bulbs and truffles – when the deep-fried golden prawns match the crispy scallops, it symbolizes the start of an auspicious year.
Double-boiled yogurt with conpoy and seafood – a classic Cantonese cuisine adopting conpoy, egg white and milk. A delightful taste to balance your taste buds.

Chinese New Year menu specialties are on offer from 1st February to 5th March inclusive.

In addition, you may enjoy the ten-course Chinese New Year set dinner menu with your friends and family on the Chinese New Year's Eve. Three choices are available and priced at RMB688*, RMB888* and RMB1288* plus 15% service charge per person. (a minimum of 6 persons per order).

T'ang Court at The Langham, Xintiandi, Shanghai is open from Monday to Friday, from 11:30am to 2:00pm and 5:30pm to 10:00pm, from 11:00am to 2:30pm and 5:30pm to 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Located on Level 5, the Chinese restaurant features nine private dining rooms and premium à la carte area that provide an intimate and inviting setting ideal for business meetings and social gatherings.
